Terms and Conditions *

Arrival and departure I understand that I am responsible for my own personal transport to and from Wallaroo Nature Retreat. Cancellations The following cancellation policy applies to all retreat bookings: * More than four (4) weeks notice before retreat date – 100% refund * Less than four (4) and greater than two (2) weeks notice before retreat date – 50% refund * Less than two (2) and greater than one (1) weeks notice before retreat date – 25% refund * Less than one (1) week notice before retreat date – no refund is payable. In the unlikely event that we must cancel your booking for circumstances beyond our control a full refund will be made. However, we will not be held liable for any further costs incurred (e.g. travel or accommodation). Before departing Please check you have collected all of your personal items. Charges may apply to return forgotten items. Indemnity A condition of booking means that all retreat guests understand and agree to indemnify the hosts/owner against any responsibility or action(s) (legal or other), due to any action(s), incident(s), loss or injury(s) while within or outside of the premises (including, but not limited to, the grounds, facilities, structures, etc.) during a retreat/stay or at any other time. Retreat guests acknowledge that they are wholly responsible for their actions, conduct, health and safety during their stay. Privacy Any personal information collected is processed in accordance with our privacy policy outlined in our Terms of Service. This information is collected and used primarily to secure your booking and promote the aims of Heaven on Gaia – it’s not sold or distributed to third parties.
