Sacred Nurture Day Retreat Schedule
Arrival Time
9:30 AM – 10:00 AM
Meet + Greet | Welcome Morning Tea
10:00 AM – 10:30 AM
Arrive and settle in with the group as we warmly welcome you with a morning tea.
Release + Renewal Fire Ceremony
(Emotional Nurture)
10:30 AM – 11:30 AM
Let go of what no longer serves you in a nurtured and safe space. You will write words representing what it is you would like to release (e.g. fears, regrets, wounds) on dried gum leaves which have been collected from the property. The burning of gum leaves is a spiritual practice deeply connected to the Indigenous people. It symbolises natural cycles of cleansing and releasing, therefore making room for renewal and new growth.
Silent Meditation + Reflection | Walking the Labyrinth
(Spiritual Nurture)
11:30 AM – 12:00 PM
After the release + renewal ceremony, we will make our way to the walking labyrinth where we will ground during a silent meditation walk. This reflective journey will provide an opportunity for introspection, reflection and deep spiritual insights.
Manifesting the Next Chapter | Vision Boarding
(Mental Nurture)
12:00 PM – 1:00 PM
We will start by reflecting on what ‘sacred nurture’ means for you personally. Thoughts will be around goals or dreams that align with self-care, growth and fulfillment. Then you will choose images, words and other materials that resonate with your vision. Your vision board is a sacred space that reflects your deepest desires, values and intentions for your growth and wellbeing. A sacred and creative activity that encourages intuitive openness whilst being guided by what feels most nurturing to you.
Nutritious Wholefood Lunch
1:00 PM – 1:30 PM
Enjoy a nourishing wholefood lunch catered by Organic Feast. Take a seat on the back deck and enjoy your meal overlooking the beautiful surrounds of Wallaroo Nature Retreat.
*** Catering is vegetarian, vegan and gluten free friendly.
Grounding Nature Walk | Hydrotherapy Spa Time | Quiet Time in the Retreat Library
(Your choice of Nurture)
1:30 PM – 2:30 PM
The choice is yours! Reconnect with the natural world on a calming guided nature walk to the Mount George look-out. Alternatively, stay at the lodge and enjoy the private hydrotherapy healing spa and outdoor rainforest shower. Or spend some down time with a mindful book from our retreat library whilst relaxing in one of the lounge areas or outside on one of the hanging chairs.
Yin Yoga (1 hour) with Reiki at Savasana (15 minutes)
(Physical Nurture)
2:30 PM – 3:45 PM
Time to slow down and nurture your body as you relax and rejuvenate with a guided gentle Yin Yoga session. You will receive Group Reiki energy healing with a Reiki charged Green Aventurine crystal (supporting with grounding and stability) which will be intuitively placed on your body during Savasana to support your bodies energetic alignment of your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual states of being.
Afternoon Tea | Closing
3:45 PM – 4:00 PM
